Sunday 21st June, Eco is doing what it's done since 1993: cooking over fire, feeding people properly, making the kind of meal that doesn't need explaining.

The centrepiece is The Tomahawk Feast for Two: 1kg of wood-fired steak cooked to his preference, finished with garlic butter and rosemary, with two starters, two sides, and two cocktails at £99.95.
