Our new november menu!

Welcome Eco enthusiasts! If you’ve been a regular to our restaurant you might have noticed some changes to our regular menu when it came back after October. We're thrilled to share some exciting news that will undoubtedly elevate your dining experience at our beloved pizza haven. With a combo of some favourites from the 1993 menu, as well as some fresh new dishes, our chefs have been hard at work crafting a lineup of mouthwatering dishes. From the freshness of the ocean to the savoriness of classic Italian flavors, there's something for everyone. 

Without further ado, let's dive into the details of our new menu items!

Green-Lip Mussels:

Straight from the 1993 menu, but the mussels are fresh. Our Green-Lip Mussels bring the flavour of the ocean to your table. The succulent mussels are baked in an oyster tray with tomato, garlic, mushroom, dolcelatte and parmesan, making it the perfect dish to start your meal.

Buffalo Milano Bruschetta:

Start your meal with a burst of freshness! Our buffalo milano Bruschetta combines the creamy goodness of buffalo mozzarella with milano salami, ripe tomatoes, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze on toasted bruschetta. It's the perfect appetizer to awaken your taste buds.

American Hot Pizza:

After being a crowd favourite in October, our American hot Pizza is here to stay. Generous layers of high-quality pepperoni and a dash of fresh chilli on a perfectly baked crust deliver a familiar yet elevated taste that pepperoni pizza fans will adore.

Chicken, ‘Nduja and Chorizo Pizza:

For those who crave a kick in every bite, our Chicken, ‘nduja and chorizo Pizza is a fiery delight. Tender chicken, spicy ‘nduja, chorizo, roasted peppers, chillies, mozzerella, and a fresh coriander come together to create a delicious pizza for the spice lovers.

Mare e Monti Paccheri:

Expand your pasta horizons with our Mare e monti paccheri pasta (translating to sea and mountains). A medley of chicken, spicy ‘nduja, wild mushrooms, prawns, white wine and parmesan create a pasta dish that's both comforting and sophisticated.

Bomba burrata Parma ham:

Indulge in the rich flavors of Parma ham paired with a our homemade sourdough bread, burrata, tomato, basil and olive oil. The combination of flavours will leave your taste buds dancing.

Tuna Niçoise salad:

Fresh from our 1993 menu, experience a taste of the Mediterranean with our Tuna Niçoise salad. Succulent tuna, egg, artichoke, french beans, anchovies, tomato, onion and salad combine to make a meal that’s both light and satisfying.

Pizza bread Foccacia:

Straight from our 1993 menu, we are bringing back our pizza bread focaccias. Choose between our two flavours - Avocado, buffalo and mozzarella or Parma ham and mozzarella. Grilled in our woodfired oven and topped with a range of fresh ingredients and homemade dressings, these are a hit!
